2002 Elliott Reunion Report

We had a great time at our 2002 Elliott Reunion June 7-8, 2002.  And we have pictures to prove it!

The Friday Film Night was held at  Trinity United Methodist Church's new Family Life Center. Over twenty Elliotts enjoyed "ET".  Hannah-Ashland McCord, 4 year old daughter of Debbie and Phillip McCord was particularly enthralled.  

We had  traditional ham biscuit breakfast at Hopewell again this year. for the first time including Barbara Witherspoon,  her sister Cindy Elliott, and your web mistress Karen Elliott.

The covered dish feast and the lemonade seemed especially good this year. And the crowd was larger than expected.  The men had to put out 4 more tables just to handle the diners.

The Reunion Show and Tell was fun.  Marie and Larry McClure, Ronnie Elliott, Jeff Elliott, Howard Elliott, and the Cline branch all brought tools to share.  Marie talked about our ancestors' occupations.  She also recognized all the branched of Hugh Elliott descendants.
